Lynn J. Maier, Of Counsel

Lynn J. Maier has been in private practice for more than forty years, concentrating in the field of Matrimonial and Family Law. She has taught, lectured and written in the field including writing for the Domestic Law Review and being an editor of that publication. Lynn is also a member of various Bar Associations including the Westchester Women’s Bar Association where she is co-chair of the Collaborative Law Committee, the Westchester County Bar Association and the NYS Bar Association.
Lynn’s membership in the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals speaks to her utilizing a team approach, if possible, during her representation of matrimonial clients. Her negotiating skills culminate in a marital agreement; pre-nuptial or post nuptial agreement. The Agreement can be achieved utilizing Collaborative Law or Mediation or Negotiation. The methodology is arrived at by discussing all options with the client.
Some situations require court intervention. Lynn’s experience includes litigation of contested matrimonial matters, proceedings involving support, enforcement, modification, custody, visitation and parental access, grandparent rights, paternity, protective orders, etc. She is well-versed in the traditional elements of matrimonial and family law as well as the emerging trends of alternative dispute resolution.
Lynn’s passion is music; she has been a member of several choruses, including singing in Europe with the Berkshire Choral Festival. She is currently a member of the Westchester Choral Society and an avid concertgoer.
Simon H. Baker, Of Counsel

Simon H. Baker was formerly vice president and general counsel for a multi-national corporation headquartered in New York City. He concentrated in a wide range of matters including corporate and employment law, cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, compensation and estate planning and tax and retirement matters and controversies. Prior to this, he was tax counsel at a leading New York based pharmaceutical company where he focused on retirement and executive compensation matters. Mr. Baker graduated from Syracuse University College of Law in 1968 and earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University Law School in 1970.
I. Miles Pollack, Of Counsel

I. Miles Pollack has practiced law for over 51 years in New York City and Westchester. He has a background in commercial and residential real estate and was one of the first to do co-op and condo conversions in New York City. He also specializes in litigation having gotten million dollar settlements for his clients. He was a Hearing Officer in the New York City Parking Violations Bureau, sat on multiple occasions as a commercial arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and as an arbitrator in the White Plains City Court.
Miles graduated from New York University at the Heights in 1957 and from New York University Law School in 1961 after a stint in the Army. He is fluent in Spanish and is proud to say that he is a father of three, father-in-law of two and a grandfather of four.
